6 Piece Cashew Fig

At Vanys, the flavor story is inspired by Neha’s childhood visits to an ice cream parlour in her hometown in India, where her mother’s favourite flavor was “kaju anjir” (cashew and fig). Honouring her mother’s memory, Neha has created a unique blend of milk and dark chocolate paired with cashews and dried figs.

 We start by freshly roasting and grinding cashew nuts to create a rich powder and creamy cashew butter. These are then expertly blended with smooth milk chocolate and rich cream to form a decadent ganache. The ganache is delicately infused with subtle hints of dried figs. The result is a luxurious treat that combines the nutty richness of cashews with the fruity essence of figs.
