 Our Basil Olive Oil Truffles use basil-infused olive oil to enhance the flavors. The ganache is infused with this oil and cream for a rich experience. It is then beautifully filled into olive-green chocolate shells. Each truffle is completed with a luxurious dark chocolate outer shell.

Our dark chocolate explodes with a tantalizing spicy note, followed by the rich sweetness of ripe cherries and the depth of raisins. Our chocolate is crafted using a blend of Forastero and Trinitario beans, creating a complex and nuanced flavor profile. We proudly source professional-grade couverture chocolate from San Francisco, ranging from 50% to 75% cacao content to cater to diverse preferences.
